Arika is from Indianapolis, IN where she studied Hospitality Administration at Ivy Tech Community College and received a certificate in Manual Software Testing. This led her to start her professional career at Sallie Mae, now Navient, in 2005.  Arika did everything from collections to Research Analyst and ended her 13-year career there in Portfolio Management. 

Arika joined the Rushing Group in November 2022.

 

In her free time, Arika loves to travel, spend time with her four sisters and one brother, and enjoys time at home gardening and reading.
